## How country routing works

- **Collections:** the `currency` picks the country's rails. For shared currencies (`XOF`, `XAF`), `country` picks the country.
- **Payouts:** send `country` (the ISO-2 code; it defaults to `KE`) together with the matching `currency` and `provider: "INTASEND-XB"`.
- **Phone numbers:** outside Kenya, always use the full international format without `+`.
