# IntaSend Developers

IntaSend lets you **collect payments** (M-Pesa, mobile money across Africa, cards, bank and
crypto) and **send money** (M-Pesa, banks, mobile money, tills, paybills and bills) through one REST API.

## 1. Get your API keys

Sign up on the [sandbox dashboard](https://sandbox.intasend.com). Under **Settings → API Keys**, copy:

| Key | Prefix | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Publishable key | `ISPubKey_test_` / `ISPubKey_live_` | Client side: checkout and payment status |
| Secret key | `ISSecretKey_test_` / `ISSecretKey_live_` | Server side only: everything else |

## 2. Choose an environment

All requests go to one base URL for both sandbox and live:

```

Your key picks the environment: `_test_` keys run against sandbox, `_live_` keys against live.
A key can't be used in the other environment.

## 3. Make your first request

Check your wallet balances:
