# Mobile money push

`POST /api/v1/payment/intasend-xb-push/` sends a payment prompt to a mobile money wallet outside
Kenya. The **currency** decides which country's rails are used. The mobile network is detected
from the phone number, or you can set it with `operator_code`.

Mobile money push is enabled per account. Contact support to switch it on for your live account.

## Request

| Field | Required | Description |

| `amount` | Yes | Amount in `currency`. It is rounded up to a whole unit. Max 5,000,000. |
| `currency` | Yes | `UGX`, `TZS`, `RWF`, `CDF`, `GHS`, `NGN`, `XOF`, `XAF` |
| `country` | Yes | ISO-2 country code. For `XOF` and `XAF` it picks the country (for example `SN` or `CI`). |
| `phone_number` | Yes | International format **without `+`**, for example `256771234567` |
| `operator_code` | No | Force a network. See [operator codes](https://developers.intasend.com/guides/send-money/validate-accounts/#operator-codes). Recommended in Tanzania. |

| `first_name`, `last_name`, `email` | No | Customer details |
| `wallet_id` | No | Wallet in the same currency. Defaults to your settlement wallet. |

The response has the same shape as [M-Pesa STK Push](https://developers.intasend.com/guides/collections/mpesa-stk-push/#response), with `provider: "INTASEND-XB-PUSH"`.
