Retrieve Realtime fx rates exchange

GET 
/api/v1/realtime-fx-rates/exchange/

Return rate between two currencies. Expects two currencies a base and currency passed as get parameters. Example: https://sandbox.intasend.com/api/v1/realtime-fx-rates/exchange/?base=KES&currency=EUR

Note: This endpoint uses query parameters.
